In Class Notes

Plot lines.

Technology, systems it appeared on, platform?

Look at programmers, who was involved it? Where were they, what country?
Look at when then game was made, look at the previous years before that, CONTEXT!!
(Politics, major world events, fashion/style, popular movies out at the time)

Context of an average individual within society, outside of game culture.

Places the game or its icons appear in society outside game culture.

3 posts a week, search out information, keep track of sources for sites, images, and videos. Write thoughtful reflections on each!

Fallout Wikia

This site is a spin off of Wikipedia, but it does an AWESOME job at providing a central site when looking at the series.

Fallout Series Wikipedia

This is a very helpful page in terms of looking at the whole series. I actually have yet to find a page that looks at the series as a whole. If you scroll down the page a little, you can also find a timeline displaying when each game of the series game out, which I find incredibly helpful.

Fallout Homepage

Right now, this site if mostly devoted to the New Vegas game, but the concept art is very cool. Plus they have trailers and clips of a few of the different games (mostly Fallout 3) and some links for forums. All together it's not all to helpful, but it does give you a little feel for the game(s).
